An authentic, elegant aesthetic

Introducing our new bouclé fabrics inspired by the rich colours of Scotland’s atmospheric mountain ranges. Our Classic Bouclé and Texture Bouclé designs are made with 100% wool, spun and dyed in the UK and woven in our own Scottish mills. They are finished with the utmost care to maintain the authentic, elegant aesthetic of the yarn.

Our Classic Bouclé features nature-inspired shades of Parchment, Lapwing, Fossil, Cedar, and Rosefinch. This 80,000 Martindale fabric’s closely looped appearance allows its texture and form to shine. As with all Johnstons of Elgin fabrics, our Classic Bouclé is durable and sympathetic to our previous collections, allowing effortless pairing and layering.

Our Texture Bouclé fabric is incredibly soft, tactile and durable, with a less compact aesthetic than the Classic Bouclé, sitting more distinctly from the base. We carefully wash our fabrics during our finishing process to maintain the natural beauty of the yarn. This 70,000 Martindale fabric comes in Chalk, Curlew, Chinchilla, Anchor, and Espresso shades.
