EU Harmonised Notice
The EU Harmonised Notice legislation provides clear information about your legal rights when buying goods in the EU. The notice requires sellers of consumer goods to provide customers with a 2-year quality guarantee if goods appear to be faulty or of a low standard.
We take pride in our craftmanship and Scottish manufacturing, and run vigorous quality control checks on our products. However, cashmere knitwear is a delicate fine good, and as such should be looked after appropriately. Warranty claims will be assessed against the condition reasonably expected from normal use of the product over time.
