The Making of a Royal Arms.
We travelled to Wimbledon, London, to visit Zone Creations, fellow Royal Warrant holders behind the hand-made Royal Coat of Arms seen in our mills and stores. There, we met Founder and Managing Director Jamie Hale and his team, gaining a rare glimpse into the precise art and craftsmanship behind each piece.
In this short film, we follow the making of our Royal Arms, from their studio to the iconic setting of our store in Burlington Arcade. Each piece is carved, hand-painted, and gilded using sustainable materials and time-honoured techniques, a story of skill, care, and tradition.

Zone creations were established in 1999 we are royal warrant holders to the king, and we are now manufacturing coats of arms for fellow royal warrant holders. Our main focus for the coats of arms has been on Sustainability Base. So we don't use aluminum. We're not using fiberglass. We use sustainable base materials. We've known Johnson's of Elgin for a long time. It's great to work for the company. The company was such a long heritage, a beautiful production of their own, and making some beautiful pieces. And Yeah, real privilege to be producing the coat of arms for them.
At Johnson to Elgin, holding the royal warrant is a source of immense pride. By Appointment to His Majesty the King, we are honored to serve as manufacturers of estate tweeds, knitwear and woven accessories.
