Delivery Service Update - Middle East

Considering the current situation in parts of the Middle East, we have made temporary adjustments to our delivery network to ensure the safety and integrity of all shipments.

Shipments to UAE, Bahrain, Iran, Kuwait, and Qatar are currently on hold, with any collected parcels remaining securely at origin. Returns from these destinations are also temporarily paused and cannot be returned to the UK.

Deliveries to Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Pakistan, and Oman continue as normal, though some wider APAC delays may occur due to regional impact.
