Seasonal & Customs Delays

To make festive shopping a little easier, we’ve extended our returns period on all full-price items.
Orders placed between 1st November and 24th December 2026 can be returned for a refund or exchange until 10th January 2027.
Orders placed after 24th December 2026 will be subject to our standard 14-day returns policy.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We will replace or refund any product purchased from our online store, provided that you return your items within 14 days as long as it is unworn and still in the original packaging with any labels, swing tags, etc attached.
