Discover the processes behind our Cashmere and Wool designs, following the movement from raw fibre to finished product. This guided experience offers a close view of our working mill and the heritage that has shaped Johnstons of Elgin for more than two centuries.

We can accommodate groups of up to eight, with the option to include a personal shopping consultation with a member of our retail team. Daily timings are 10am, 12pm, and 2pm, with online bookings available up to 24 hours in advance. You will have exclusive access to all areas of the mill, with the option to include a personal shopping consultation with a member of our retail team. This experience is entirely bespoke, with sessions available seven days a week at 10:00am and 2:00pm.

The Woven Spirit Experience brings together Johnstons of Elgin and Gordon & MacPhail through a shared family heritage and commitment to Scottish craft. You will then join Gordon & MacPhail in our private Reading Room for a rare whisky tasting, featuring exclusive whiskies aged for a minimum of 20 years. Our Bespoke Personal Shopping Experience offers a private consultation with light refreshments and access to the Reading Room - a versatile space designed for personal shopping, styling and quiet exploration of our collections.
